What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. So as soon as you discover a fault, please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and details of the fault.
The item I've received is incorrect. What shall I do?
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway. Please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com with your order number and state the error and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels. You will be able to see this on the email you received from Australia Post (for orders within Australia) or TNT (for international orders) telling you your order is on its way.
How does your Australian Standard Delivery service work?
Our standard delivery service within Australia is $8 for the first item and an additional $1 each additional item. Estimated standard delivery times are 7-10 business days from the date you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
How does your Australian Express Delivery service work?
Our express delivery service within Australia is $10 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. Estimated Express delivery times are 5-7 business days from the date you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
How does your International Express Delivery service work?
International shipping with Australia Post is $15 for the first garment and $2 for each additional item. Shipping includes tracking to (USA, Europe & Canada) or Registered International for other countries.
Where is my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived yet then please check the expected delivery date in your order confirmation email or tracking number (if express delivery) from Australia post.
Why haven't I received a shipping confirmation email?
First of all, we would like to suggest you check your junk mail if you've not shopped with us before.
Delivery times over Xmas period (within Australia).
The last day for orders, to guarantee you will receive your items in time for Xmas, is Saturday 19th December. We recommend sending via Express Post for any orders made after 17th December to guarantee orders arrive before Xmas.

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available our product pages.
What are your care instructions?
Care instructions vary by the product, please look for the care instruction label inside the garment. Please ensure you do not iron directly on top of the animal print of any item.
Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?
If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery address for your order.
What are your cushion fillers made of?
Our cushion inserts are made by Innergreen's line of recycled PET cushion inserts that are filled with 100% PET fibre, which is derived from recycled water bottles. They look and feel similar to a high-grade polyester cushion insert, but have a greater resilience rating and will last for much longer. For every 1kg of fibre used, they can save more than 70 water bottles from landfill. The fillers are Non-Allergenic - Machine Wash - Line Dry
